I used Wilson at Cheltenham for nearly 10 years. The staff at Cheltenham were just wonderful to deal with at every opportunity. Every staff member was friendly and helpful but Denise deserves a special mention as being even better. The level of customer service was just off the charts. The only reason I didn’t give Wilson 5 stars was the actual company itself. Price rises happened every single year and they were always well above inflation. If a payment is late by even a couple of days, there is a hefty late payment fee. As such, please see my review as a six star review of the staff at Cheltenham and a three star review of Wilson the parent company.

It’s complimentary for the first 4 hours of use (conditions and locations apply) and thereafter at a very competitive, all inclusive hourly rate. In fact, you can hire a van whenever you like – just ask.
