From my first contact, on the phone with Adriana, who went through and explained the type, size and cost of storage units, to Craig who I met the following day, who assisted me with the necessary paperwork and how the facility operated. They also recommended a removal company, who were fantastic!!! Turn around time, less than 24 hours…!!!! Both Adriana and Craig are easy to work with and professional in their field. No, you don’t have to lift a finger except to call us. At most locations, we can organise our preferred removal specialists to pack and transport your items to your storage unit.
Yes, if you’d prefer to move your items into storage yourself, that’s not a problem. We can lend you a move-in van. It’s complimentary for the first 4 hours of use (conditions and locations apply) and thereafter at a very competitive, all inclusive hourly rate. In fact, you can hire a van whenever you like – just ask.
Of course, you can lease a storage unit month to month or for as long as you want. We understand that not everyone needs to store things for long periods. Ask about our flexible storage terms.
