Box Shop Shipping Policy
Wilson Storage offer Local Pickup for Box Shop Orders (Click and Collect) from each of our locations across NSW and Victoria.
Wilson Storage days of operation for Local Pickup are based on each locations’ opening hours typically Monday to Friday, but at some locations, Monday to Saturday.
There is no fee for Local Pickup. You simply place your order and pay online and choose a time to pick-up. Typically all orders are ready within an hour to pick-up.
Once your order has been placed, Wilson Storage will provide you with an order number. Once your order has been placed for Local Pickup at your preferred location, or you have any queries, please contact the nominated store. The store contact details can be found on your confirmation order via email.
The standard timeframe for Local Pickup is 1 hour based on the time of order in relation to the opening hours of your preferred location. Please bring your order number with you to confirm identification and order details. This can be done via a print-out or identification of the order number off the email on your device.
Once the goods are picked up or delivered to you, you will own them, and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Wilson Storage do not provide a refund once the goods have been picked up. You may request a refund if you no longer wish to receive the goods at your preferred Local Pickup Location. Refunds may take up to 48 hours to complete based on day of the week and our payment and banking platform.
The prices listed on this website may vary to the prices advertised in store at times due to various reasons including promotions, delivery and stock availability.
