Spotlessly clean facilities at Wilson Storage, Moorabbin

“Wilson Storage, Moorabbin, offers a wide range of storage options and services to our customers,” he says. “We offer car storage, boat and caravan storage.” The extensive range of storage units covers small units, for those who need to store boxes and files, to larger units which are perfect for commercial businesses that might need to store pallets of stock or furniture.

But at this store, it’s not just about easy access and security — the store also offers a Walkie Stacker and a range of trolleys of various sizes to assist customers when moving goods, as well as a large capacity goods lift to facilitate easy access to all storage units.

At the moment, there are two promotions running. Customers can hire 1.5m by 2m by 2.8m units for $99 a month, or a 3m by 3m by 2.8m unit for $219 a month. On top of this, customers have access to a box shop where all kinds of packaging materials are available at an affordable price. If purchased online, Wilson Storage even provides free delivery.

The services on offer are important, but customer care is even more vital. “We are here to meet the customer on their level, wherever they are at,” Blaine says. “If the customer is at the very beginning of the process in gathering quotes, we can provide a free of charge on-site quote — including the approximate cost of storage and removal options, both in storage and when returning the units back when required.”

Alternatively, if the customer is further down the road in the process, Blaine says his staff can help with providing packaging materials or loaning a van to help bring the goods into storage. “Whatever point the customer is at, we can help,” he says.

The customers are happy due to the cleanliness of the facility and how well-lit and secure the site is. One customer wrote, “The storage facilities are spotlessly clean. Facility managers have a great customer service attitude and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the loyalty of their customers.”
