We spoke to William who was really helpful and obliging. At the time, we were under a lot of stress and thought e were going to need it on the she day. We were unsure as to what size storage unit to hire. He took us around to the different sizes. Showed us where we'd drive in. Once unloading our loading all would be undercover. Trolleys there for our use and his lift if needed. All very secure. Later that morning, we realised that we weren't going to need it and he told us that was fine and if circumstances changed just to give him a call. Well they did. Afew days later, I went again only this time I went with my husband and again I asked if we could see the different sizes. Once again he was really helpful. Made the process easy. Gave us flexibility if we decided we needed either a larger or smaller unit later on. No hassle in changing. I highly recommend them.
