COVID-19 Update

Dear valued customer.

First and foremost, I hope you are coping well in these very challenging times.

It is difficult to adequately describe the feelings we are all experiencing as we try to navigate through such uncertainty of the COVID-19 issue and its immediate effect to our valued customers, to my loyal and dedicated staff and to the broader communities in which we serve.

As you would no doubt agree, the health and safety of the Australian public is top of mind, particularly the elderly and those most vulnerable.

Following from my last correspondence to you, I wish to provide ongoing, regular updates to our valued customer base in order to provide the most up-to-date information as it comes to hand.

The Wilson Storage business and the wider Wilson Group is preparing for all possible contingencies during the ongoing and increasing COVID-19 crisis.

Wilson Storage will deliver business continuity to you, either by direct interaction in our facilities or via remote means, such as having our dedicated staff providing their services utilising the internet and mobile phones from their homes.

Our team have tested all of their equipment from home, and we have this contingency ready to enact at short notice.

Our dedicated team have the full support of our Executive Leadership Team and receive constant updates to support their health and safety.

We have taken all proactive measures to mitigate the transfer of this virus. Please see below a few photographs that reflect our team’s dedication in applying our heightened cleaning regime via twice-daily disinfecting of common touchpoints in our facilities.

I ask in return that when visiting our facilities, you adopt the prescribed personal health and social distancing protocols as directed by the Australian Government.
